Terms of Service
1. Service Description
Swentio connects verified UK Stripe account holders with established e-commerce brands seeking payment infrastructure. We facilitate the connection and manage commission payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in the UK, and hold a fully verified Stripe account in good standing. We reserve the right to refuse service to any applicant.
3. Commission Structure
Partners earn a minimum 5% commission on connected transaction volume. Commission is calculated daily and paid every business day at approximately 6 PM GMT.
4. Account Control
You remain the sole admin of your Stripe account at all times. Brands are added as team members with limited, monitored permissions. You may revoke access at any time.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, all brand access must be revoked and outstanding commissions will be paid within 48 hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
Swentio's liability is limited to the amount of commission paid or payable in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for Stripe platform outages or brand payment defaults.

1. No Credential Sharing
We never ask for your Stripe password or API keys. Our partner manager only requests a screenshot of your Stripe dashboard (with sensitive data hidden) to verify account standing.
2. Limited Brand Access
Connected brands receive team member access with view-only and limited transaction permissions. They cannot withdraw funds, change settings, or close your account.
